Tax Preparation Notes
Payroll - Limited
Payroll services are offered on a limited basis. If I am completing your bookwork on a monthly basis then I will also handle your payroll needs.
For Owner-Only payroll I am able to help on a quarterly basis.
I have been preparing taxes for over 30 years and it is time for a relief from the anxiety of it all. Learning, memorizing, scheduling, preparing, filing, and all with no thank you from the IRS - only threats of monetary punishment if I do something incorrectly. This is the last year I will be preparing taxes; however, I am working with other businesses to make a smooth transition so no client need worry about finding someone new. I expect this collaboration to be better and more expansive than what I can offer alone.
For this season in 2026 tax items/paperwork will need to be mailed to, or dropped off at Fieldstone Financial Services, 1602 Bemidji Ave N, Bemidji, MN 56601
Drop off hours are 9-4 Monday through Friday - please call if extended hours are needed 218-444-3863

More about me
I have been in the accounting industry since 1987 and have had my own practice since 2010. Having worked for CPA’s and private industries I have gained a wealth of knowledge and know that no two businesses are alike. I love the challenge of making everything fit into place.
I have an AAS degree in Accounting, and am AFSP compliant with the IRS. I am a Main Street Certified Tax Advisor and a Quickbooks ProAdvisor.
I have lived in Minnesota forever, loving the summers and tolerating the winters. My husband and are the highlights of my life. I enjoy outdoor activities, travel and reading.
